Innovative and Transparent Model: Community Value Supported by Lay’s

The Nyúldomb RePlay pitch is the result of a unique, exemplary cooperation in Hungary. The investment was completed for public benefit without using public funds, relying instead on private financing.

Renovated pitch: The need to renovate the previously neglected field had already been expressed during earlier community consultations. The newly created RePlay pitch transforms the formerly barren area into a modern, tidy and accessible sports and meeting space for everyone.

Sustainable partnership: Just as advertisements make free television possible, the logos visible on the pitch ensure that residents can use the modern infrastructure completely free of charge, without entry fees or membership costs.

Why would a company support a community sports field? Many people ask this — understandably. The answer is simple: today, many large companies dedicate significant resources to social responsibility programmes. These programmes aim to ensure that companies are not only economic actors but also give back tangible value to local communities.

Sustainability: Turning Waste into Community Value

The project was created with environmental awareness in mind, applying the “second chance” principle not only in sport but also in material use.

Circular technology: The pitch surface is a model of sustainability, made from recycled materials — including used chip bags. This innovative solution shows how environmental waste can be transformed into a useful, durable sports surface for the local community.

More green space: The new playing area occupies less space than the former dusty gravel field, meaning the natural grass surface has actually increased.

Preserved trees: Not a single tree or bush was cut down for the construction. Spring pruning was carried out by district professionals for safe tree maintenance, independently of our project.

Quality of Life and Property Value

A modern, well‑maintained sports park not only supports meaningful leisure time but also provides direct benefits to homeowners.

Increased value: The proximity of a well‑renovated, cared‑for recreational area has been proven to increase the market value of surrounding properties, making the neighbourhood more attractive for families.

A lively community: The sounds of sport are natural elements of active urban life. We ensure peace and quiet: activities are restricted to daytime hours, guaranteeing undisturbed rest in the evenings and at night.

Local transport: Since the pitch was built primarily for local residents, the vast majority of visitors arrive on foot or by bicycle, so the project does not burden the housing estate’s parking system.
